| MaxNC Has anybody out there used MaxNC software and motors? I'm converting a DYNA 2400 mill to use w/PC. The Y axis motor needs to be reversed and the software does have provisions for this. Thanks rr167 |

| rr167, I have used the MaxNC software. I bought one of their milling machines a few years back, and although the software worked ok, the machine itself, and their support was dreadful. I now have a Dyna 2800, converted to PC control using Flashcut, and I couldn't be happier. The Flashcut interface is much nicer to use than the MaxNC, and their support is excellent. Flashcut is a Windows program, MaxNC is DOS (at least it was at the time). I'm sure the MaxNC is less expensive, and worth it. mp- |
