Oil Window on G0704, Do you put oil in Head ?

Hey Folks, My new G0704 has a Oil fill window on head next to Gear range selector. Do you put Oil in head ? Machine made 03/2012. No clue in Manual.

Nope no oil, the head won't hold it and there's no oil fill hole or drain.
