High Speed Spindle for G0704 for Alu and Brass

What is a good option for a High Speed Spindle for a G0704?

I am looking to do the following:

Use End mills from 1.5mm to 5mm up to 8mm (I could run the 8mm on the regular spindle, i will use Hoss Threadmill motor conversation). HSS or Carbide.
Materials used will be Aluminum and Brass, Copper, some plastics to hold glass optics, no steal really.

If possible run 100ipm or higher feed speeds if that is possible on the G0704 mill (or am i dreaming, kkk). I rather run less deep cuts and material removal runs but at higher cutting speeds and feeds.

    Work envelope is about
    30 x 30 x 30 mm for internal parts that i am making
    and
    110 x 50 x 50 mm for cases

    Any advised would be helpful.

Machine is a G0704 with Hoss Heavy Digital Package, what you think servos would be better?

I hit 200ipm in one of my little tests with a .500 endmill.

Making a bracket to attach a HS spindle on the side of the head or quill is pretty common using
simple die grinders, rotary tools, laminate trimmers, rotary grinders on up to higher end high rpm spindles.

Thank you hoss for the fast reply, wow these are some great speeds you did your test with, do you run a smoothstepper or is it direct Parallel Port...

I have been doing some research and i am 100% getting a smoothstepper what you think of it, from what it looks like it overcomes the problems and limitations of the parallel port.

As for the spindle do you know if there is a spindle motor that can handle lets say 100 - 12k RPM so i can have my tooling in on tool changing system like the tormach. Or is it much cheaper to do 2 systems, one for the lower end high torq one for the high speed things... How does it work with the spindles in terms of tooling offsets...

I'm running thru the parallel port at 45khz kernel speed on my mills computer, it allows up to 500 ipm so I don't see a need for the smoothstepper.
From what I've read lately though you'll want to get the ethernet version instead of usb.
I have a new PC sitting here with no parallel port so that's what I'd likely get to use on it.

This is the Dewalt trimmer I had on my X2 many moons ago for engraving, I still have it and plan to mount it on the g0704 to test it doing some HS milling.
