Z axis readout for tilting head mills

    Hi All

I have a Warco WM16 mill and have to tilt the head to preform certain operations, this is my question: is there anything out there that can be fitted to show a digial readout of the Z axis? which with the head tilted is moved by the main up down handle.

    Cheers

iGaging makes cheap remote digital readouts that will work. Get the 24" version and cut to size. Not sure the best location to buy one in Northern Ireland, but this place says they ship world wide.

Many thanks for the reply, that looks like it will do the job - I have ordered a 24" scale and will cut if needed.

    cheers
