Bearing Nuts & Locking Washers For Spindles?

Hi Guys

I am looking for a replacement Bearing Nut for the Spindle of my Milling machine. These Nuts are the type that use slots around the outside for tightening. I am also looking for a replacement Locking Washer for the above Nuts. These Lock Washers have metal tabs that you bend into the slots of the above Nuts to lock them in position. Does anyone one know of a good place to purchase the above items? Thanks for the help.

"Motion Industries" or "Standard Locknut". They are referred to as "N" and "W" nuts and washers. For example N-01 and W-01.
