I have a DM-45 mill with an amateur cnc conversion that I want to get rid of. I will take anything for it. You just have to come pick it up in the next couple of days/week/asap (in Aurora, IL).
I had to cut up my enclosure and pull everything down a year ago when I moved. I built a new stand for it a couple of months ago but didn't get too far. Now we are relocating second time and my next garage will never support a mill.
Everything works, it has a ball screws on the x/y table, and I have a largish ball screw that I was going to use for the Z. I still have parts everywhere, I will dig up what I can. I was engraving a faceplate when I dropped everything, hence the faceplate being off. I powered it up a few weeks ago, and will do again for you if you like.
I am keeping the electronics, you can have the mill, bench, belts, gears and tie downs. The only major modifications I made were to the table (channel cut to clear the too big ballscrew I used). With a new table and some parts you can have it back to manual. It has been sitting unused for a year and has some surface rust on the table that just rubs off.
I will take anything for it, dont be shy. You are buying a project, will a little work it can be manual again or you can finish the cnc. The base, cross slide, neck, column and head are all untouched. I am going to post it on craigslist in a day or so. Thought I would give someone on a here a chance first. I have an engine hoist to help you move it and a wooden platform with wheels for moving it around/storage.
Come and get it please. again, it is in Aurora, IL.

Sorry it has been quiet. I will respond to pm's tomorrow. We were moving yesterday and I didn't hook up new Internet yet... Fun fun fun
Well I sent a PM but never heard anything back, did you sell it or choose someone to sell it to? I am still interested so let me know.
I'm interested in the mill. I am also very close, 2-5 miles away in Warenville. I can come over quickly, any time, pay you some money, and haul it away.
