Here's how I did my Y & Z Axis. I found a Z limit switch is impractical (due to tool height changes) so a home switch is all I need, and if you have a long table an X limit may not be needed. The X axis is pretty simple! (dont have a photo sorry)
I used cheap ($6usd ea) induction proximity switches. Super reliable and very accurate. Found em on ebay! They run can run off the 5v from a breakout board, and can work in parallel.
