Hi all rather than confusing a thread I thought I post here to see if I can get any help........
Bought a 4ft/1200mm length of 5/8" / 16mm ball screw part no: 59321 and ball nut part no: 19193 from Roton
Roton Products, Inc. Quality Lead Screws and Nuts for Power Transmission total price $71.19 last November gone.
I was charged by Roton for 3 day delivery UPS, the delivery took about two weeks.
I queried UPS and after 6 email correspondences I am led to believe that Roton did not pay UPS for the 3 day service…………..
I have emailed Roton 8 times over the past two weeks…..but absolutely no reply…….
Has anybody got an email contact in Roton to whom I can forward my query to? and if they’d prefer not to post it publically in this thread I’d sure appreciate it if they could post it in my private messages…
Had anybody else had any issues with Roton ?????
