Slide table from scratch.

I remember looking at a few slide tables that were made by forums members, but can't seem to find the links to them. I am tossing around the idea of making my own with linear rails and ditching my slide table all together. Just hurts to see the price of the Linear rails.

Also debating on the size. I have a roughly 3' x 4' footprint I can work with.

Oh, please do. I love seeing scratch made stuff. I on the other hand have two x2 bases that I am combining in a Hoss type way sooner or later. 3'x4' sounds like that will be a lot more difficult but usable when you are done.
