Hey all... Well I've ran into an wiring issue and need some help here guys,,, Please!
O.k. I relocated my power boxes for the mill.. The box that's mounted to the column is now located on the wall beside my cnc control panel.. I extended the motor wiring,, I labeled all my wires with frog tape @ A1/A2 etc... Well by the time i got around to wiring it all up my cheap frog tape had fell off the wires... So needles to say I NEED HELP... Does any of you guys have any decent wiring schematics on the x2 mini mill... Hech some decent pictures may even be of some help...
I'm really bummed on this one... Not now... I almost have all the CNC stuff in place and just about ready to configure it all...
Anybody that has some x2 wiring diagrams please post them for me please... I've look hi/lo on the web but can't find much of anything that will help me out.
Thank You
Stoney

Thank's Hoss.. I think I'm going to need more pics of it.. A wiring diagram would be nice if you have one... I've got the motor wires extended and do believe there correct... But the tape fell off all my blue wires & fuse wires and I haven't a clue which one goes where.. I surely don't want to guess and fry my board
Thanks

my page has this link that has the schematic.

Now I'm really confused.. Hoss these don't show the wire color nor the lights! I need some pics or something
Here is what i did... I extended the motor wires, black/white/green
Removed the supply box from the column, mounted it to the wall, drilled a hole in the side for stud to run the column grounds to, ran both green wires that was attached to the column to the stud, ran a wire from the other side of the stud to the column.. That should be good to go... But my tape fell off a few of blue wires and i don't know what goes where...
Here's what my mess currently looks like..

Well I do believe I've figured it out.. I obviously need a nap.. Well after taking a closer look at the board I noticed they are labeled as 1-7 P1-P2-P3 etc.. So I'm now probing each one and soldering them in place..
I guess i need to get some shuteye..
Here is the diagram I'm using.
Thanks Hoss

Problem Solved!
The wiring is now soldered/heat shrunk and the enclosure paint is drying. I'm going to alter this diagram a bit for those that may run into this issue, There is a loop that runs from the green/amber bulb that's not that easy to understand in this diagram... It loops from 3-4 on the negative side of the two bulbs... This allows the amber to illuminate while in fault mode..
Woo Hoo!
She's about ready to config now.
