Looking for a Reliable CNC Router 600x900??

    Hi, Guys

Really new to this. I have been cutting my parts by commercial waterjet and it work okay. But the problem is the edge finish is not the best and screw holes are not round and thick parts have a exiting angle and I want to have quality control over the parts and sometime I would like to cut prototypes and small runs and emergency run in house. I wonder what is the most reliable and user friendly for beginners machine in the 600mmx900mm size. User friendly is very important, or intuitive as I am very new.

My needs are all 2d parts in various thickness cut on 6061 and 7075 sheet metals and want to use carbon fiber in the future. 1/4" is the thickest sheet that I need to cut for connecting the thinner sheets. The thinner sheets are .063" and .08".

Please suggest some options of reliable machines. and minimum Spindle power and tools and software that I will need to start making 2d parts? I am on a budget, but do want to have a reliable machine so willing to wait if there is a better machine and out of my budget.

Please suggest the best machine and some more affordable options for consideration. Thanks guys.

Here are some that I find and I can afford, but not sure if they are any good.

Take a look at the Blurry Customs unit. It looks well built, though I have no personal experience on it.
