CNC Fusion Kit #4 blocks Z-axis gib screws?

Just finished installation of the CNC Fusion kit #4 on my X2. Finding that the z-axis mounts block the gib screws was unexpected. I read the instructions several times to be sure I wasn't installing the Z-axis incorrectly. Why would it be designed like this? Do people just remove the z-axis assembly to adjust the gibs? Are there any creative solutions? I found in a search that someone completely modified the z-axis to mount on the left side of the column, but it basically was turned to swiss cheese and required fabrication of a new bracket. For such an otherwise beautiful kit, I'm surprised it has this limitation.

    Advice appreciated...

    Jeff

Hi Jeff, it may help if you added X2 to the title so folks with the same kit can easily find the thread. I was scratching my head for a minute since I have the X3 kit which has a different config for the z-axis.

Thanks Geekus... I can't seem to edit subject, so added X2 info to the original post.
