What tool is need to round an edge

I would like to round some edges on some straight parts so the are not so sharp and to make them look better. Is there a cutter I can buy that has a radius cut into it for this. I would be doing this on a manual mill so using CNC to do it is not an option yet

IF you have an indexer and a ball nose end mill, then a corner radius cutter is a pretty easy make...But buying it would be considerably quicker.

Depending on how big a radius you need, a good sharp file can do a good job. A .01 -.06inch radius can be put on fast. Do it in the "draw file" way and it will look good and works fast.
