Hi Sal,
I am interested. PM sent.
I have a Dyna 2400 Model DM2400 sn 89010581. Dated 1989.
I have all manuals, wiring diagrams, programming manuals, etc.
It has been sitting in my garage for several years after I bought it from a school. Used to power up, but this spring it did not. Will give to someone who really needs it. I live in Thomaston, CT. USA. New owner will have to pay shipping. I can get it on a pallet if needed.
If any is interested, please let me know. I can send pics if need be.
Sal
Hi Sal,

Where abouts are you located. I will probably scan the manuals first and send them to the group admin. I have a couple of older pieces of equipment and I know how critical the manuals end up getting.
I think it would have to be sent as freight just because of the weight.

Sorry,
the first response I thing I posted rather than responding.

how generous!![]()
Congrats Anthony,
It sounds like you are the fortunate recipient. I guess my realtor was right. location, location, location. I sure wasn't expecting Sal to deal with shipping when a local pickup was available. He was more than generous as it was.
It would have made a nice companion to my DM3000 lathe though. Please post on the power supply issue. While my lathe is currently working with the original electronics I feel the '80's technology is just hanging on by a thread.

Yes we did speak and Im trying to sneak away from the family now to get it,
As I told him Ide be using it and by no means to I intended to sell it. I can finally put the X1 Micro Mill I have on the back burner and start making parts for scooter and RC parts that Ive so long dreamed for. After of course repairing the mill if it could be repaired Im hopping.
So it will be going to a good cause and home . It seems like a very simple machine but to some one who has 2 children and not much money it means allot .
Im very grateful to him I can even explain how grateful people like this are very far and few . He was obviously raised by a good family and should be proud of him self to do favors like this for complete strangers.
jmc2532 im sorry if it seems like I stepped on your toes cause I kinda did .
Happy Holidays CNCZone.
Anthony
No worries, I wasn't planning to resell either. It looked like a perfect candidate for a mach3 conversion which was my intent.
