Best cnc ready mill for under 5,000. ideas anyone?

First mill, needs to be able to be moved into basement and cost under 5,000.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. In a perfect world, would love a Haas, but.........

the x4,right now 2010 edtion,which update the spindle with import bearing,at 5000rpm.
also change the control box and delect the power supplier.
and use power converter.
the connector also change by plastic more safe.under CE certification.

all update not increase the price,
still 3998$ include the controller. to compare the novokan,cheap around 1500$
even though 4th axis,we only charge 550$,but they need pay 999$.
