Chinese ball nuts & screw on Ebay

Has anyone used the 1610 screws from him? He is not selling them with double nuts but said that the nut on the 1610 is not the standard nut and has more tracks inside and it is longer.

Also with these screws what is the best grease/oil to use ?

I'm not using screws that small or with that pitch but I am using an oil equivalent to Vactra 4 fed by a bijur pump. It's thick and sticky enough to hang around a while and has some nice anti sticktion properties.
