The handheld Harbor Freight bandsaw I use for metal cutting is far and away the noisiest tool in my shop, and I am looking to replace it. As my shop is in a basement under another tenant's apartment, compact and quiet tools are strongly preferred.

Anyone care to comment on the quality/noise level of the Lathemaster mini bandsaw vs. the typical 4x6 bandsaw? I don't cut stock much over a few inches so the larger size isn't a big plus but if the noise level is about the same it would be a bit cheaper.
