Spindle type, EMD motor

Hi all,

I've just started investigating and sorting out an old (1990) benchtop mill.

I'm wondering if the pictures attached could make anyone tell what kind of tool holder that will fit. Any hints appreciated.

The serrated sleeve is spring loaded and can be pulled downwards - to release a tool holder, I'm just wild guessing

The taper opening measure about 17mm.
