used g0704 cnc not loading software correctly???
Purchased a used G0704 machine that's already converted to CNC. Adding to my collection! Mach 3 seems to be working just fine with my license. I also loaded his save file config to the mach3 folder and it pops up just fine and confirmed all setting with pics he sent over after I told him I was having issues. I am having an issue "I Believe" with the csmio ip-4 I downloaded the software and it appears to be going to all the correct folders. However if I ping 10.1.1.2 I get no response. If I ping 10.1.1.1 I get the 4 files to show up fine. the software calls for 10.1.1.2 but he sent me the config with 10.1.1.1 and it seems to work however the x and y run backwards, and the spindle wont fire?? the relay does click though? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I will post pics soon of my Mach folder. I also have the parallel disabled through mach3 when it was prompted at the start of download. Just don't know what to do at this point besides ditch the csmio and go to a breakout board like my other machine?
