Motorupgrade/belt conversion?

I have a mill like BF20 ( under a diffrent name)

I have broke the brassgear a couple of times and want more speed for milling aluminium.

So I am looking of upgrading the motor to get more speed. I have also read abpout people making belt conversion isted of the gears.

I have tried to find some buildpics for this but have not found anything.

I did find this on enay. As I understand with this kit I could skip almost everything with the motor and spindle an just use this motor directly with the millingtools?
