I have been researching mills to convert and was leaning toward a g0704 until I found the harbor freight drill mill. It's the one with a 1.5 hp motor. It already has a belt drive which is nice but the rpm is still low. Either machine will work for my purposes but the harbor freight drill mill is local and on a good sale so it has peaked my interest. Is there a ballscrew conversion available for this? Is the g0704 a better quality machine?
