x2 r8 spindle bearings

Ok I am a lil confused on Little Machine Shops website it says the x2 r8 spindle only uses one bearing. Even though they sell two different bearings for it. If you look at Harbor Frieghts x2 manual it shows parts# 123 and 170 in the exploded view but their parts list only goes up to 164.

So I need to know if the X2 with r8 spindle uses two bearings?

And I need the inside I.D. of each bearing?

Top: 6206 = 30mm X 62mm X 16mm
Bottom 6007 = 35mm X 62mm X 14mm

I will not be using those bearing but I will instead be using ones with a smaller O.D. as I plan to make a drill quill for my mill(remember I made my machine and it only uses the x2 head)
