Ok, I think I figured out the problem, Kelings website has his email address listed like this:

sale@Kelinginc.net

and

Support@kelinginc.net

but it should be:

sale@kelinginc.net

and

support@kelinginc.net


Apparently having some of the letters capitalized as it is here http://www.kelinginc.net/contactus.html can cause some problems.

Nope! email addresses are not case sensitive. Most likely, his replies to you have been gobbled up by your spam folder.

I'm having the same problem and when talking on the phone John said he never received any of my emails. I think it's something wrong with the email forwarding system for the @kelinginc.net addresses. He should check with his webhosting provider.

For the moment, the only way I could send messages is to look up a Keling eBay auction and use the contact seller button. Those emails seem to get through.
