    motor step counts

    Hey everyone, I have the 1200oz steppers- got them wired up and was wondering if they have 200 steps per revolution?I am using mach 3 for the controller- a little help here

    It totally depends on the stepper drive you are using. Almost all Hybrid steppers have 200 full steps/rev, but a microstepping drive can divide that down up to 400, 800,....and some up to 64000 steps/turn.
