| Hi. I have buy a Servo kit with encoder. The problem is tha the encoder mountinghole is on the same side as the motorflage and shaft-flat. When it is mount, there is onle 4-5 mm shaft. It will be better if the encoder could be mounted end the other end. Can I dismount the motor and drill 2 new thread, and is it metric or inch? Can i destroy anything. Please advise. Jens |
