    Pulse Width

I was looking into what pulse width to use for the 8078 drives. All of your setup docs show a 0 in the pulse width input for Mach however your data sheets for the drive say pulse width should be no less that 1.2us. I assume a 0 in this input must default to some value, am i right to assume that this will default to a usable value?
i ask this because i am suffering from some weak stepper performance and i am not sure where the issue stems from. I have a feeling its resonance but im not entirely sure it cant be fixed by addressing some other concerns.
Some of my concerns are (in order or importance) resonance, wire gauge, wire length and pulse width.

I am using the nema34 stepper package

    Thanks
