| Hi all, just bought my first CNC parts, am converting my Sieg X2 Mill to CNC, contacted John from Keling and he sorted me out quick smart. From initial e-mail to my parts arriving on my doorstep was 12 days, (and I live in New Zealand, half way round the planet from John). I can't say anything other than I am blown away with the service I received. Out of interest I bought, 3 x 425 oz/inch steppers, 24v 8 amp power supply, 3 x 4030 drivers, C10 Break out board and the 5v supply for it. Just gotta get it all mounted up and running, I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend, can't wait. Cheers to John and Keling, I will definatley be doing business with them again. |

First machine build. I was doing something wrong and couldn't get my motors to work right. Paranoid that my drivers were not working and I was trying to solve an unsolvable problem, I sent them back for testing. Turns out they were fine:P Keling sent them back after testing them and I got things working the second time. They were cool with me asking a ton of questions and certainly went over the top to help me out. Great product, good support. Thanks guys |
