Hi Guys
I am very happy with my dealings with Keling / John. This is my review:
I am starting my first CNC project, converting a 7 x 10 lathe to a 7 x 14 cnc lathe.
After much searching and reading, I decided on a stepper system. I also researched many suppliers. What a maze of this or that. I looked at many suppliers and Kelings name kept popping up, here an on other forums.
I decided to purchase from them and contacted them with some questions. They emailed immediately and offered to talk on the phone. I talked to John a few days later and he provided all the answers I needed. I purchased a couple of days later, Saturday, confirmation can that day, as well as John answered a follow up question - on the weekend - Sunday. They shipped Monday, the package came Tuesday ( I live 50 miles from them). All items as ordered, packaged very nicely. I had a follow up question about the shipping charges and John emailed me within 20 minutes with a satisfying answer.
I am extremely happy with my transaction. I can tell you what a pleasant surprise this is. I wish every web business was this good of an experience.
I plan on buying again - if this project goes well!

Keling is a pleasure to deal with! I have ordered from them 3 times I can think of and each time the item was shipped immediately, packaged well and just as ordered. That being said, I have had great experiences with zoners in general, Cnc4pc, Zarzul/Wild Horse, 2ferrous are all very good too. Maybe John has created a standard?

dilema

Planing to buy some steppers for keling-s e-bay page and need some advice.
My drivers are similar to keling-s KL-8060(70V and 6A).
here are the candidates:
KL23H2100-50-4B 570 oz/in (50V and 5A ,4Nm) http://www.kelinginc.net/KL23H2100-50-4B.pdf

KL23H286-20-8B 425oz/in(83V and2.8A,3NM ) http://www.kelinginc.net/KL23H286-20-8B.pdf

Which one will perform better with my drivers,425 or 570 oz motor.
With 570 I can use its ful power while 425-s would be undervolted ...

Well just ordered 3 pieces of 570oz-in steppers from keling e-bay page.
Now have to wait and see if these steppers were a good choice.

UK Shipping

Hi

Just dont a test to check UK shipping cost for a:
CNC 3 Axis Stepper Motor Kit with Digital stepper Driver

and on paypal checkout it still says free shipping when UK is selected?

Im guessing this is wrong?

Cheers
John
