Keling Size34 motor axial load specs?

Hi, I was reading in another post about someone wanting to use Size34 motors to drive leadscrews directly with no axial thrust bearing.

Does anyone have the specs for max axial load for the Keling Size34 motors? I checked a couple of PDFs on the Keling web page but didn't see axial or radial load specs...

    Thanks!

Here is the specs for a motor I feel sure is the exact same as the Keling 850oz/in 90v servo. Its close enough to give you the info you need even if there is slight difference.

Axial and radial specs are down at the lower section of specs.

    Hope this helps, Jess

Thanks for the link, but that is the old style round motor and has the very low maximum axial load spec (10lb) showing it uses the wave preload washer as the only thing opposing axial thrust.

I'm pretty sure the newer "hybrid" frame motors have the new style locking ring on the front bearing and Keling seems to stock the new hybrid motors.

Thanks again for your reply, but hopefully someone has data on the actual Keling motors?

You must being talking about stepper motors? The link I gave is a match to the 850 90v servo's I got from them. Although its been about three years when I buoght mine so they may be older style also. Sorry couldnt help.

    Thanks anyway Lucky13.

I'm still hoping someone from Keling can speak up, I am interested in buying some size 34 double shaft steppers from the Keling web site but it's a lot of money to take a chance on the axial load specs.

I have seen specs from other manufacturers that show about 130kg axial load, because thos size34 steppers had the locating ring in the front bearing to locate it axially in the front motor plate. It's not something that can be seen without pulling the motor apart and that is not recommended, so it needs to be specified in the datasheet or manufacturer specs for the motor.

If anyone knows more, please speak up!
