Ok so maybe I have assumed something and we know what that leads to dont we? I ordered 3 of the KL5056D to use on a lathe but since that project is off to the side for the moment I reallocated them to a small machine, a Dyna DM2400 which was running via a G540. Anyway I mistook the RJ45 on the C35 as being compatible with the RS232 input on the KL5056D. Nowhere do I see any documentation of this interface. Was I just thinking it was too easy. I have other BOBs but I just thought this would clean up some of the wiring. I see the Geckos wired this way, dont I? It is just the signal lines isnt it? Also I read about the ProTuner software for auto tuning of the digital drivers but I cant find it anywhere. Tips?
