C10 & 4030 - Wiring Questions

I realize this has been discussed over and over whenever someone new comes into these forums. However, I am having a problem getting my motors to respond and I was wondering if I might have something hooked up wrong?

When I power everything on, the motors lock as expected. But when I try to jog any of the axis, nothing happens. I get no noise, no movement....nothing.

I've attached a PDF of my current wiring configuration. This is exactly how things are wired up right now. Can anyone see anything that might be incorrect with this to cause my problem?

Ok, so I've rewired according to the instructions on this link:

Still the same issue. Any suggestions??

I figured this problem out. I had to set active low instead of active high. All is good now and the machine is moving.
