I need some calculation help to see if what I would like to do will work. I am looking at this stepper motor. Stepper Motor Max RPM on motor is 1,000 RPM Now if I have it geared to 3-1 between motor and screw drive and the screw drive is 5 turns per inch, Will this raise and lower a unit that weighs 1,000 pounds if ran at 25% of max speed. Thanks Milton |
