3d shaded image in title block

Well, so far I don't have a very good track record of getting answers - I think because my questions are right out there in bizarroville.

I'm trying to make a nice logo for our company's title block. I have a nice 3d model in inventor - but how can I put it into the title block?

The issue with using a .bmp is that we have to export them to autocad 2004 .dxf files for our main vendor - the .bmp does not embed in that drawing, but is exported as a second file.

Any ideas?

...what happens when you insert the logo into the title block as a AutoCAD file?

There are programs that will take a raster file (bmp, jpg...)and convert it into a font - then insert as Text

Thanks for the reply. I did try to insert a .dwg and .dxf - but both come in as a 2d line drawing (no shading).

I would even be ok with the .bmp if I could find a way to stop it from exporting as a separate file.

I'll look into the conversion to text though too.
