    inventor question on spreadsheet

I'm new to inventor software. I am able to link od and id dimensions in my excel spreadsheet. It enables me to do multiple scaled dwgs with the same drawing. However, when I try and link my Bolt hole circle or Pitch diameter circle and number of holes it won't allow me. Stays red. Does anyone know how to do this? It would be much appreciated. Don't have much hair left to pull out. Thanks

Typically you need to have the correct units selected (in, mm, ul, deg) in order to get correct referencing.

What Inventor version are you using?

Can you post your shread sheet and the part file you are working on? I should be able to diagnose your issue. Or sent me the files
