| Most .dxf converters can't read text objects. The only way to do it is to explode the text in AutoCAD first. However, you'll need a newer version that has the Express tools with the text explode tool.

Precisely. The text must be converted into a geometric entities. (Line, Point, Circle, Spline, Poly Line, Etc.) Annotations such as Notes, Dimensions, etc. are not machinable in their native format. |
