plotter not printing all of data

ok here is the problem I have a dwg that I am trying to print in color but when print it seems that it is losing info, I know that this is a rookie question, been using autocad since the late 80's but this one is really trying my patience, I must be doing something stupid, I am using acad2007

Probably a plot style issue.

Check that the layers that the miss info is on are set to print...
Also, check the line-weight of the missing info... could be set to 0.00mm then it would not print.

just plotted the dwg in grayscale, alittle fuzzy but the info was all there, must be my cartridges are getting empty
