Is there a way to save or export ovals with AutoCAD that will cut as true arcs instead of a bunch of line segments? I have cut circles using those little lines and they do not come out very nice. I can sand the little bumps down if I must, but I prefer them to cut as true arcs in the first place. I'm using LazyCAM 2.0 to convert the dxf to gcode. Thanks! |

| If you mean ellipses, then type PELLIPSE and change the value to 1 before drawing the ellipse. It will now be made up of arcs. It will deviate slightly from a true ellipse, though, because you can't draw a true ellipse with arcs.
