I need a good program that can produce 2.5d gcode from inventor files, ive tried a few like lazy cam, edgecam and after importing the inventor file i cant get rid of all the 3d lines that inventor creates so the cam prog spits out garbage code with lines all over the place. ala a square would have an x in it since its a surface.  |

| If you are exporting from a IPT file, try "save as copy" and then use IGES. See if that is compatable with your CAM. It's worth a shot, right? Scott
