Keyboard stopped working??

Hi all i have used Auto Cad for a while now but today when i was using it my keyboard stopped working + some other things and i cant find out how to get it going again.

Ie what i used to do if i was removing a line i would click it then just hit the dell key.
If i wanted to change properties of a line i would pick it then just go up to layers change it to what i want then the line would change.

This has all stopped and making it a pain to do anything.

So your keyboard hasn't actually stopped working, just the AutoCAD shortcut keys? THat's completely different from the layers dialog not changing the layer.

Try reinstalling AutoCAD. There's a repair option during the install you can also try.
