from 'Edit Profile' to a blank page..

I’ve been trying to edit my profile, but every time i click at the ‘Update’ button, it goes blank white screen (page not found screen on IE)..

i’ve stuck here for around 3 hours now and it doesn’t get any better.. i’ve tried so many things in the mean time..
