Here one way.

This is the long way, (I don't know the short one, if it exists)
Hit prtsc for the whole screen or alt-prtsc to capture the window that is in focus, now a snapshot is in your paste buffer.
Open up paint, ctrl-c to paste the screen into paint. Crop of the extra bits you don't want.
Save the 'file as', then add as attachment in the reply or created thread. Jpg is best (IMHO)
Who can tell us an easier way?

I use a program called ScreeShotCaptor. It allows me to select a portion of the screen I want and then I can either save that as a file for attachment or put it in the clipboard and paste into whatever.

MWSnap is my favorite FREE capture program with print and/or save features.

Buy me a Beer?

Print Screen and Paint will work. Just paste into paint, select the area you want, copy, new, paste, save.

Alt-PrintScrn

Alt-PrintScrn works fine.

You might want to try the ScreenGrab plug-in for Firefox.
