For years I have shared folders on the network at work. A couple months ago, I uninstalled some older versions of AutoCAD & Inventor to free up memory. Around that same time, I noticed that I can not open files that are synchronized to my computer. Inventor 2010 doesn't have a problem but when I try to open the file in AutoCAD 2010 it comes up and says "Cannot find the specified drawing file. Please verify that the network drive is available and the file exists." I am sure it is a setting somewhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

| For these sort of problems, in file explorer, I just get lazy and map a drive letter to the network file path. N: drive for NC is easy to remember. Last edited by neilw20; 07-21-2010 at 10:02 AM. Reason: typo |
