Default Still not getting a grip on rest machining :(

I'm trying to machine a triangle as shown in the picture.

So, first op i run round the edge with a 5mm tool, cutting a slot as its pointless clearing all the scrap, I leave holding tabs to stop a possible tool-jam.

That naturally leaves waste in the corners where the 5mm tool cannot fit.

So i thought to use rest machining nip these corners out with a 2mm tool before running a single finish pass all round.

I can't seem to get it to "rest" machine from previous operation - it just wants to re-machine the whole area????

Tried selecting just the corners, all-round etc, no good so i must have something wrong ??

    Thanks

    Sorted i think

When checking "from previous operation" make sure the previous operations - all of them - on this profile are valid.

I had another tool path doing the roughing work as a test, i should have deleted this or disabled it, everything started working nicely when i deleted the redundant path
