Welcome to the forum, Dan! Can't you just enter a manual tool change at the point the first sheet is completed? I haven't had to do this but it seems like this would be easy to do.

Hi new to Fusion360 and I am attempting my first project with CAM and Fusion360. My project is some base drawer cabinets. Currently, a single cabinet with drawers takes up more than one sheet of 4x8 plywood. This is where I get stuck and I have searched all over for a tutorial that covers this. I want to go from start to finish with Fusion and currently, I don't know how to continue my nesting to the second and third sheets of plywood. I would assume that a pause is in order so the sheets can be swapped out. Can anyone point me to a tutorial that will answer this question? Thanks in advance.
Dan

I don't know how you are doing this in Fusion, but typically, you would want each sheet to be a separate g-code program.

I would model up each sheet of plywood as a separate 4X8 sheet (or whatever size you are using). Do all of your nesting in the model environment. In CAM, each sheet of plywood would be a different setup, but use the same work offsets. That way you don't have to re-zero...just load a new sheet, and then load the next program you have for the next sheet and hit cycle start.
