Default More Efficient 3D V Carving Toolpath

I'm trying to find a better way to make tool paths for this part. Right now I'm using trace to select all of the 3D arcs, however it leaves me with tool paths that overlap already cut sections, wasting a lot of time. It is also tedious to select lots of little segments. I've also tried using open contours to select each individual segment, but that was even more tedious and the tool paths failed to generate that way. Is there a better way to make these tool paths?

use a include 3D geometry from the projection menu for a sketch, then trim it so it does a cut path not loop de loops.

Include 3D geometry works well for making a 3D sketch, and it's much easier to select for making a tool path, however Fusion still wants to re cut the same path and still has several retracts. If I increase the stay down distance it wants to rapid through the work piece to the next start point instead of following the 3D path from one side to the other.

Can you send me the model, and did you use 3D contour to cut it. At times you can get funny stuff happening with fusions cam, most times it's the torrances setting, or one of the ramp settings. the other thing you can try is to turn the model of when you go to pick the toolpath.

one other thing the sim in fusion is not that good if you set the view style to wireframe, then when it's finished the sim right click on the model and goto stock then select save stock, then go have a look at what the output looks like this is more accurate than what the sim shows.

I tried to use 3D contour and I get an internal CAM kernel error. Trace gives me a functional toolpath, but it's inefficient. Here's a link to the model A360

I can't realy get it any better, I nocked .1 second of the machining time, I think you just found fusions cam limit, I will try it in inventor.
