Magazine won't go forward

SOLVED : loose cable


I have MVC300 (SV2412) umbrella type tool changer, Fanuc 0iMD control

Yesterday, during tool change, the magazine did not fully forward due to leaking airhose.
after i changed the airhose, it refuses to go forward during M6

if I push the manual air button on solenoid valve, it works normally.

anyone had experienced such issue?
