Just IN- New Company in NZ

Hey guys.

Some of you may have noticed in a previous post I mentioned I was setting up a bisuness. Well...

Today I got the company registered Precision Wood Profiling Ltd

This is an amaligimation of two existing companies.

Heres what we will be offereing ( I am open to new suggestiions of products if there are any)

Company has two main parts to it.
1st part is the batch production line setup to do anything with wood. Kitchens, doors, arcade cabinets anything you want.
This is mainly suited to doing larger quantities however we have the facilities and abilities to do work in metal as well as design work and ones offs.

The second part is what I will be requiring a bit more input for from the guys in New Zealand in particular.
The second part is going to be automation and cnc solutions.
So far I have secured a sole agent agreement in New Zealand for Powtran products. There is a large list of VSD drives servo drives, servo motors. Chokes and brake units.
Currently working on sole agent rights for a motion control specialist. To cover all plc and motion control needs.
Have supplies for general things like circuit breakers, relays etc.

To go with the CNC side of things We are developing a Biesse aftermarket control option. Designed to replace the old control systems in Biesse Machines. I have one setup in my current rover 36, We are about to change this control system further to incorperate some new features.
We are fitting another into a machine in the north island in the near future.
The idea for this is to use all of the existing hardware in the machines but go away from the problematic plc based systems that they had.
Hopefully the product will be ready for launch by the end of this year/really early next year.

We have also go a software package we are working on as a complete wood working solution. Engraving, door manufacturing cabinet making etc all in one. 3d Design through to control.

There are several other projects in the pipeline to.
