Check the 3 sodium fuses or circuit breakers.
Sounds like a phase is out.
Check the memory battery has charge.
Look for swollen capacitors in power supply.
Careful, 3 phase will fry you like a chicken! (isolate power!!!!)
Gidday guys I have a problem with our Mazak 620 T32 ,when was running ok of Friday it was shut down over the weekend and Monday morning it would not boot up? When the on button is pressed the lights flash on and off again.
Does anybody know is this could be a fault with the PD21B-X power supply and if so how to test it????
Any ideas would be appreciated

Gidday Elmafud, yes we check for a phase down, power supply seems ok it looks like a faulty IC on one of the cards next to the power supply. We'll try repairing it and see if we're lucky. Thanks for the reply.
