Greetings from perth

G-day mates!

Im building a retrofitted (mini mill 9x1 super) a c1 lathe and a router all at once..just recieved my steppers and power supply with controller yesterday, did what the instuctios say..but no action on the steppers...this is going to be 1 long trek i can see.....oh well its started so no turning back now...the contoller seems to be working as it puts a emergency stop on the steppers but it wont run any codes...and when the codes are running the corosponding axis led lghts up to show its doing its thing ..still no output

Cool alright.
You are using very heavy ally sections so it should be rigid enough. I'll keep watching with interest.
I'm from your part of the planet.

Hi Vanhelli,

Looks great so far what you have done. I am new here also and have previously built a machine before i had others to bounce ideas from.n My machine is on www.lowcostcncretrofits.com.au. Keith there was very helpful and i have another machine in design stages to be 2050x3050x200 process area.
