50mm thick Acrylic Clear offcuts

Hi All

a long time ago i was envolved in a project that didnt finish.. i have now been storing alot of this plastic for a long time...

its time to move some of it... so im offering it to hobbests for half the price we bought it for...

i will cut it to size and send any where required

the thickness ranges from 47.5-51mm

its good in a cnc that you want to machine on size but you want to speed up the process

Where are the located and how much are we talking about in the way of cost and P&P to the UK?

Sorry I am new to this forum and I just spotted that they are in New Zealand - DOH!!

Way too costly to ship to the UK

if you want acrylic or acetal or any other plastics in the uk check out theplasticshop.co.uk. they do everything and will cut it to size. not bought from them yet but the prices are excellent

Anywhere near Chch? and what sort of sizes are we talking about, I can use 900x600 in my laser - although 50mm would take several passes to cut through!

Also, since it's old stock, how easy does the protective paper come off, (if it's still there) as sometimes you end up peeling it off in tiny pieces with your fingernails
